I've made it a dozen or so times and it's very easy to make..
Only problem is getting the beef thin and I suppose dashi if you don't live in america/europe and don't have amazon.

Thin beef you can get from a butcher, dashi from an asian market or online i suppose
Make rice. Mix soy sauce, dashi, mirin in bowl. Fry beef. Add egg. Place on bowl. Sprinkle green onions on it.
That shit ain't hard.
