A good food to eat because bananas and PB are cheap, and it helps with some issues like being too skinny or having hemmerrhoids

Nigga, just get boneless skinless chicken thighs to go with salads n shit.
>>9300137
>boneless skinless chicken thighs
What a waste of money.
>>9300153
>paying for the bones
>paying full price for anything
Hmmm

i get the 10lb bags of legs/thighs for $2.99
debone everything -> freeze some
skin & bones go into stock
I hate rice and pasta. They taste like hot shit. I like whole-wheat bread, though.

I find as far as noodles go, rice are the only good ones. Most suck dick, I only eat soup with rice, I make cheese rice instead of macaroni, I eat rice pilaf chicken instead of chicken soup, etc etc

Potatoes are usually cheap too, if you like those you're all good.

Sheeeit, those bags cost at least $6 where I am. Still a good deal though

Just get a whole chicken. They're easy as fuck to cut up, and you'll have a chicken skeleton to make stock out of for soup.

Agreed. And homemade stock makes every cheap soup instantly better, I'll throw my family recipe on here:
>Take the bones and skin off the chicken
>Brown these in a stock pot
>throw in a bunch of celery, a few carrots, a couple sweet onions, brown as well
>One tbsp peppercorns, one tbsp kosher salt, a bunch of sage and thyme, 2 bay leaves
>ten quarts of water, cook down half of this
>Strain
>Liquid gold
Beans and rice are a classic combination that have helped many a poor person.
I would go with liver as a wild card as it is cheap, nutritious, and ridiculously fast and easy to prepare.
In addition, eggs and potatoes.
