I have a preference for red onions, but white are okay in tolerable amounts.

Growing up I didn't like them and for years I always felt gross after eating them.

Found out that I can't handle digesting them so now I take a FODMAP protocol, feel much better.

Thinking about making black onions though, it'll take a few months and a lot of experimenting to make sure I don't reek while they age.
