Steak omelette

Leftover ribeye, diced and fried til crispy. HHHNNNNNNGGGG

First a bowl of Frozen fruit (cherries and peach slices) microwaved, then filled with skim milk, a couple of tablespoons of gelatin and a bit of sea salt. Then I had a medium black coffee while I was out walking the dog.
