How does one make instant coffee without the sourness?

Why would anyone ever get instant coffee? Just get one of these. You can still microwave your water like the obese ameriturd you are.

Most people in poor places like mexico, south america, and india all drink instant coffee because they're selling all of their actual beans to the US and Europe.

Look at what they do to make it tolerable.

In mexico, basically the only available coffee is Nescafe.

You do not add water.

You put it in hot milk, and you add sugar and a TINY pinch of salt.

The salt hides the bitterness and acidity a little bit
