You cannot explain it. You just have to learn on your own through practice. It just..does.

you don't blow a bubble with chewing gum, you chew it.
you blow a bubble with bubble gum. its in the fucking name.

Chew gum into sugary mass
Pull gum inside your teeth
Press gum against inside of your teeth
Bareley open you're teeth
Use tongue to press against gum not against teeth
Blow air into said gum pocket

That's how i do it. Sort of.
