Pizza if you don't mind having it every day for a week.
>Make pizza dough ahead of time for a week's worth of pan pizzas (30 minutes of actual prep work)
>each take about 10 minutes to cook the crust and then broil the cheese and toppings
>while the crust cooks you can prep the toppings like sliced tomatoes, cheese, capers, artichoke hearts, etc.

I use whole wheat flour and go easy on the cheese so I don't feel like a lardass eating pizza for a week straight, but these things can always be adjusted.

I would say fried rice, the more you add to it, the better it becomes.

Conversely, the less you add the less like fried rice it is. I.e. try to omit egg or veg and all you have is some sort of pilaf.

There's nothing stopping you from using the same pot of water throughout... and nothing stopping you from having the worst wind in your life after consuming all those indigestible oligosaccharides.

Besides, you don't even need to repeatedly boil beans to get rid of them; just soaking them overnight does the trick, and is far less hassle. Trust me, your intestines will thank you for your diligence.
>>
>>9308734
"Repeat three times" is a pure bullshit, the kind of "himalaya salt with your organic french fries" style of bullshit.

Soak overnight, dump the water from soaking, replace with fresh water, for optimal effect. If you forgot to soak, you can skip that step, simmer roughly 0.5-1h longer, will be *slightly* inferior, but you'll hardly notice the difference.
>>
>>9299231
don't use cream, just eggs, and extra yolk if you want. also taking out some bacon and replacing with mushrooms works if you want less bacon
>>
>>9295696
Steak. Just rub some salt and pepper in, throw it on the grill, flip it, and then take it off. Repeat attempts lead to you getting better and better and not overcooking it.

Hamburgers are quite good too. Making a dozen patties or more just takes a few minutes. Throw some seasoning on top and freeze them. Take them out whenever and throw 'em on the grill.

Otherwise, if you want to talk cheating we can include hot pockets, pizza, and maybe ramen. It's hard to beat the ratio of steak and burgers. There's so little effort involved that you'd have to cream your pants in satisfaction to compete if you need to so much as pick up a knife.

Sorry for late reply. I just use 2 cups of whole wheat flour, add a few pinches of salt, a packet of yeast, a tbsp of olive oil, and mix in enough water to make a sticky dough.
