Skewer some meat of your choice (chicken, pork, beef, seafood.) Then hit it with some all purpose Greek seasoning blend you find at your local grocery store and let it marinate for a while. Lastly, right before throwing it over coals dump some olive oil on the meat skewers and they'll brown up real nice.
I'd also recommend some salad and hummus with some decent pita bread.
