Why don't you just start being a man and calculate your calorie intake, and learn how many grams of fiber you need per day.

Then, you can start making oats, beans, chickpeas, broccoli, cauliflower, and any other food group which is naturally rich in fiber.

Do that and drink plenty of water + start exercising and your body will start working properly.
