Well, Anon. As an Amerian some ingredients are hard to come by, I'm imagining said product is something difficult to reach? Or perhaps something I can grab at an asian outlet? I can tell you what I used;
>wheat noodles, already made
>white soybean miso, aprox one big tblspoon
>chilly soybean paste
>two garlic clove, sliced thinly
>one egg, scrambled
>salt
>pepper
>bit of broccoli
>bit of shitake mushroom
>water
>teaspoon of ground sesame seeds
>vegetable broth
>fish sauce for dipping noodles
as i was heating the water and vegetable broth, i heated an iron skillet pan with a few tablespoons of sesame oil to saute all the vegetables above. When the vegetables were done, I cooked the noodles in the liquid mixture until they were done, which is when I added the miso and a bit more salt.
The soup itself is kind of bland, but, I've made worse..... I dream of making the perfect Ramen.
