Let's say you marinated some chicken and now you want it dry so you can pan fry it
How do you dry it?

don't dry it?
pat it with a paper towel? im just guessing and want to know too
>>9290398
put it in a bag with some flour

Why do you need to dry it? As long as you don't crowd the pan with too much chicken at once it'll cook up fine.

So that you dont burn the excess marinade
Hang it out in the sun for a couple of hours.

I would not recommend eating raw chicken. Thats not going to make you feel better

Use a hair dryer, medium setting for about 3-4 minutes each side

you can put it in the fridge uncovered for a while to dry it
