Is it unusual to get depressed when you eat/drink less sugar?

Yeah it's completely normal actually, endorphin shenanigans. Any radical diet change will piss of your body, but it eventually goes away and you level out.

Ok thanks. I feel so nasty and disgusting like I can't get this stench off me.
Everything fun has a downside. Enjoy your life.
What goes up must come down.

thats addiction you fat cunt
Yeah, pretty much everything you eat, and changes in diet affect how you operate and feel. I feel a lot of people could really benefit if they took an afternoon to study nutrition and its implications on everyday life, it will help you be and feel better, you got nothing to lose by reading a fucking book instead of masturbating to feminine penises on 4chan for a day :^)

Eat more fruit. The other nutrients will help.

I drank a mix of mostly water and some cranberry concentrate. it calmed my nerves a bit.

Juice is missing most of what makes fruit worthwhile. Get it whole. Frozen is fine.

Stop being a pussy and get mad.
Yea if you're normal. I have an eating disorder and instead experience a high from cutting foods and restricting more. Although when I first cut out sugars, I did have a small shitty phase until I reached an euphoric stage.
