If it's formula mix as you need it and use convenience store microwave to heat, or use warm water. If breast milk you need to keep it stored with an ice pack and then heat as mentioned above. Rule of thumb is 6 hours but maybe up to 12 that way. 4chan isn't the place to ask about kids, but I have a 4 year old so I've been through all that.
