I had a really great ginger miso dressing at FatBao a few days ago. Where can I buy a dressing like this?

I've always made dressing when I've wanted. Do you not own a blender/food processor?
I usually skip dressing because I enjoy a big chunk of plain lettuce or cabbage and dressing adds as many calories as a large serving of beans and grain. I'd rather have oil-free hummus and whole wheat bread in addition to the veggies.

I do but I'm a college student and cook for one. Usually if I buy a bunch of ingredients they spoil so its convenient to get a prepackaged bottle.

You'll be better off for your whole life if you get in the habit of eating real food as soon as possible. Miso dressing doesn't need anything special or in large quantities, besides a cheap pouch of miso which keeps for a couple years. All you need is a knife, cutting board, bowl, and manual hand whisk.

I've never been there, but I assume the *fresh* ginger and garlic are what make it good.
