I found these squid rings for preety cheap at my supermarket. What would go good with these in a stir fry? Also should I cut them into smaller pieces of four so they're more convenient to grab with a fork along with other vegtables?

You can find the vegetable in pic related at wal-mart. Its Bok Choy, and also really nutritious, and delicious.
