My cheesecake is almost done, I want to top it off with some chocolate. I want it to be very low calorie though. I have 100% unsweetened cocoa, eggs, and milk. If I mix that together will I get a chocolate like substance ( Will it harden like chocolate? )

Thanks, it replaces a lot of the fat with protein which makes it much more filling and less calorically dense. You can also experiment with this recipe a lot by using different things as a filling.
