ARE YOU TELLING ME I WAS EATING FAKE PORTUGUESE FOOD THE WHOLE TIME!!
I received a case of this once and I loved it. My friends and I would get torn up and eat it on taquitos. Sometimes I'd mix it with sour cream.
That kinda freaks me out. I just bought this sauce 6 hours ago for the first time.

We call it piri piri in Portugal.
It's just spice souce, use with moderation and you'll be fine.

Totes. Sorry I mean I bought this exact sauce. I had McCormicks Piri-piri before that and Nandos Piri-piri Hot Sauce before that.
I use it on spatchcock chicken.
It freaked my family out during get togethers.
Piri piri Chicken
2 tbsp McCormicks piri piri blend
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Herbes de Provence (thyme or Italian blend may work)
2 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 tsp Salt
4 Garlic Cloves minced/finely chopped
optional:
Liquid Macarico piri piri hot sauce to taste (approx. 2tsp)
mix well
Use Jacques Pepin recipe for application instructions and cooking.

Sorry, I keep typing before I read. I've been watching Portuguese cooks make it. Just the best chicken.

*assado
I've seen a lot of chicken places but never seen a Nandos. Wikipedia said they dont exist here (pic related: countries with Nando's).
