If you didnt catch my embarising thread last night its just black beans(cooked with onion, garlic and bacon) and seasoned ground beef. This time i added fried potaoes.

Wow anon, that looks really good. Great job. Do you have a recipe? I just had my appendix out, so I'm off and was thinking about cooking something, any ideas? Here's the last two things I've made, a thanksgiving dinner and some from scratch banana bread. What do you think?

This aint fine dining and eveything is easily modified to taste.
>choped onion and garlic sauteedin pressure cooker
>add bacon and black beans
>seal that shit up and cook for 30 minutes after it reaches... The right pressure level
>seasoned ground beef and fried potatoes are pretty self explanatory
>make some dough ( i had some handy from some leftover pizza dough i made)
>make kinda like a medium pizza dough with no crust
>spread beans on leaving room to fold dough over
>add potatoes and beef
>fold edges over the filling to the middle completely sealing it all in
>place in cassarole dish or preheated dutch oven
>bake until its done

Sorry to imply sarcasm, wasn't my intention at all. Meat pies and such have always been challenging for me, and I love pastries stuffed with savory meats and veggies.
