I've got four of them. I don't really use them much. I made soft serve like twice and that was it. I'd rather just buy ice cream

They're expensive, take time to use, and only do one thing. Like if you were making soft serve for lots of people regularly it might make sense but if it's just for you then I dunno.

Just use a skookum blender or food processor to make "nicecream". It's more satisfying because it has minerals you crave.
