Anyone know some tips/recipes for healthy slow cooked chicken breast? Gonna try it for the first time and previously I've only used the slow cooker for soups and chillis

You're basically braising it so you'll need water or broth or stock. Add any vegetables and seasoning you like and when it's about 30 minutes from done start a pot of rice.

Would rubs or seasoning have a purpose or is it all about the broth mixture when it comes to flavoring the chicken?
