How do they do it? How did Lindt create such perfection that still today remains superior with none of the competitors even coming close to its level?
Apparently they quality inspect their beans and roast them differently than other chocolate companies. All I know is that I can't tolerate Hershey "chocolate" on anything anymore.

I get the 78% cocoa generic Swiss alternative because it is 50 cents to 1 dollar cheaper and tastes the same to my palate.

Swiss has always been better than lindt imo. Traders has some decent darks too.
