I never had a sweet tooth, then cut out refined sugars and most dessers/sweets taste sickly af to me now.

Plus it's too many calories for how filling it wold be (not very). Would rather use excess calories on booze hehe

I haven't had ricotta pancakes for about two years. It was at a cafe in Sydney with bananas, honeycomb butter and maple syrup. Was delicious. Funnily enough, I bought some ricotta about three months ago planning to make some myself after a craving but I forgot all about it and the ricotta went bad.

Might make some for breakfast on Sunday.

I went to pancakes by the rocks like 3 shit quality pancake for like $15 and it tasted like absoloute crap

On a trip to Maine, I had breakfast with the family at a place called the Bacon Tree.

I ordered a fat slice of oat-crusted french toast, bacon layered overtop, with a poached egg on top smothered in hollandaise. Homefries and wheat toast with blueberry jam on the side, drinking coffee out of a mug that came from some local business.

It was a great morning.

Also I don't think I have ever had pancakes this fluffed up before though, I kinda prefer dutch baby pancakes anyway so it's fine.
