So I just finished prepping my stir fry for tonight. It's a day early, but I'm making a pork shoulder tomorrow.
It's just what I have left in my fridge, nothing special. Chicken, cabbage, carrot, onion and celery.
Guess you could post about stir fry, your wok, rice makers, idc really.
I like to cut my celery this way. It's ok.
This is just regular rice. Came in a huge bag. That's a rice rinser thing. Was $9 on amazon. Well worth it.
Got this on Newegg on sale for $20. It's pretty good.

Cool your jets faggot. Make sure you coat your meat in some MSG and let it come to room temperature.
So fry your meat, my family likes it pretty crispy so I just don't turn it for a while. Remove the meat, leave remaining oil/juices then add the veggies. Stirfry them until almost done, add the meat back then stir it up. Make a hole in center and pour in the sauce. Stir the sauce in the center until it's getting thicker. Then just combine it.

Hm rice rinser, not a bad idea
So here it is, sorry for the yellow lighting, my lighting sucks and my camera isn't that great.
I posted this because it's a nice quick and easy recipe that can feed a family for ~$5. You can make a million different sauce/meat/veggie combinations. The possibilities are endless. We eat it twice a week sometimes.

The rice colander was well worth it. I use it for lentils as well.

Here's a cheat sheet for stir fry.
Hope I helped some people out.
