He doesn't use multiple cast iron pans
I stack 3 cast iron pans, 12" 10" and 8" when I cook. Maximum heat retention.

i cant even make an omelette without using my 5 castironpants all at once
>Tfw just started using a Cast Iron pan
I can never go back.

I ended up hating it, the cleaning process I don't understand it......
>>9246825
You mean rinsing with hot water and wiping the pan out? I think it was the seasoning or cooking process you messed up anon, because that is really all the cleaning that's required.
Once you go black, you never go back.

once you go iron, you'll never be tiring... of using it
>He doesn't activate his almonds
Doesn't tons of nasty burnt carcinogenic crap get stuck between microscopic cracks in the metal?
I prefer non stick for almost everything. Cast iron sucks.

How do you use this app where are the memes plz someone help
>>9246758
I do this and I am wondering the nature of your memeing.
I have two enameled, one traditional 12" and a 10" with a curved shape on the pan.
Then I have four more bare. A 10", 2x6",a 4.1"and a aebleskiver.

I mean yeah technically, but the way you phrased the question shows you have absolutely no understanding of cast iron cookware. The "nasty burnt carcinogenic crap" covers the entire pan and protects the pan from rusting. You don't eat it. It doesn't get in your food.

>rinsing
Please don't do this. To properly maintain those pans and lock in the flavor, use a paper towel and a layer of salt to absorb any scratch out any residue.

>he doesn't use carbon steel pans
one pan is enough
>>9247650
>and lock in the flavor
That's a dirty pan, not a properly seasoned one.
>>9247650
If you lose flavor by rinsing your pan with water, the seasoning was shit to begin with.

What did he mean by this?
