Does anyone know how to properly combine different dishes in one dinner? How can I combine the taste of the appetizer, like a soup, with the taste of the principal dish?

Well, if they are not being eaten together than than you dont really have to try too hard. Just sticking to a general theme is usually good enough.

Well... I have no idea about how to think in a theme for a dinner.
Do you have any source to learn about it?

Give me an example of a main course you would like to make

I would like to make a soup, maybe a spice pumpkin soup and then meat. But I don't know wich kind of meat could work with that.
I tought that maybe something spicy too

Use some of the flavors/spices you use in the soup in the meat dish. Lamb or chicken would be good.
