Why is it that nobody ever eats butterscotch ice cream? I was in India for a few months, and literally everywhere they had ice cream there, they had butterscotch. Instead of having a holy trifecta of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, they always had at least four flavors of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and butterscotch. And it was delicious. But I literally haven't been able to find a single place that sells butterscotch here.
