I ate pumpkin soup. Simple but tasty. What do you think about it?

It was 100F where I live today. Soup was last thing on my mind. I had a salad and some roasted greek chicken from a local restaurant, soft roll and lots of roasted lemons. Good.
You soup looks delicious. I like making soups when theres a chill in the weather. But, I adore a butternut squash soup, and I kick it day #2 with curry and some apple added. But, what I really adore is when hispanics get their hands on the pumpkin and make ajiaco, sancocho, or some other calabaza soup, with that garlic sofrito in there and olive oil.
