I bought an instant pot off amazon when they were like $50 over the holidays. It makes some kickass rice, stews have turned out great. Honestly I should be more creative and use it for more stuff, i should try yogurt or those japanese meme pancakes.
Good purchase overall.

I really like that you can saute right in the pot, pour your liquid directly in to deglaze, then switch it to slow cook/pressure mode. Super convenient.
I got one of these too. Looking for an ingredient list for the store.
Poor college student who can only afford this.
Tried looking online for recipes for this specific cooker but nothing so just make rice and beans... Any suggestions what to add or make that's cheap and healthy?
