Anyone know of any decent vegan or vegetarian recipes that aren't terrible and are difficult to screw up?
My workplace is having a potluck tomorrow, and a few of my coworkers are vegan. I could just bring in something normal, but I'd like to at least attempt to be accommodating. I've never made any vegan dishes before so I'd appreciate any advice that you might have.

Thanks for being considerate. Try asking r/vegan or use the sidebar. This gets asked a lot.
If you have access to vegan alternatives, you can make pretty much any dish.
I've had success with jackfruit tacos. But youd have to buy bbq jackfruit.
If you cant think of anything else, chips and hummus are loved almost universally by vegans.
