Don't get paid for another few more days. But breakfast is my favorite food so wantedto get ideas what I should make when I get paid

Doesn't sound a very special palate, sounds terrible to me, and like everything tasted exactly the same. Maybe spend 50c on some butter, coconut oil or neutral tasting vegetable oil like Crisco next time.
Bacon grease can go in some portion into hash browns, or cornbread though, just not 100%.

I strongly prefer to have no browning on my fried eggs. I fried one last night and put it on my burger. I hate any sort of crunchiness to eggs.
