This. A place doesn't hire a consultant unless they're in trouble. Hopefully it's the menu and not your cooking. I'm a little afraid for you though, because if you see kitchen work as comfy and a consult criticizes your technique you're probably half-assing the job and would be a liability in any kitchen.
