usually I dont eat much or eat badly and lazily, but I recently decided to start eating healthily, for my mental and physical well-being
for the past 2 weeks or so I've been eating a vegetarian diet with lots of vegetables including mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, onions, spinach, lettuce, with cheese and eggs and nuts and fruit and yogurt.
I really like vegetables and I'm really enjoying myself, but tonight I feel like shit. my stomach feels heavy and I feel nauseous. I think maybe I'm taking it too far.
am I eating too much veg? can that be bad for you? should I balance it out with something else? some meat? more carbohydrates?
tl;dr:
I started eating lots of veg/fruit with some dairy and carbs. it's tasty but I feel sick. should I cut down on veg and eat some different things?
I have been eating strictly organic vegan foods for the last six years. I suggest you watch John Rose on youtube. He is over twenty years deep into raw veganism.
My guess is you are detoxing, eating raw food after eating cooked food, too much cooked food, not enough fresh food, eating low quality food, microwaving your food.... Or something else? Those are the most common reasons I can imagine myself getting a stomach ache and in my experience, drinking some fresh organic cold pressed juice.
Also, I recommend consuming fresh local bee pollen or b12 tablets for your b12 needs. Bee pollen is far superior and very very valuable. Read into it.

WHOOPS, meant to say "drinking fresh organic cold pressed juice makes my stomach aches go away".
Sorry about that.
