Is it weird to mix food when you eat it?
For instance, mashed potatoes and corn or green beans are served separately, as in not mixed, but I usually end up mixing them with my spoon and eating them together at the same time in my mouth. I also do this with beans and rice when I have hispanic food or with fried chicken and fries if I have that (also fries with mashed potatoes taste great). I even dip popcorn in nacho cheese when I go to the theater and they go together really well.
I've never seen anyone else do that sort of thing though. Would /ck/ look down on it? Maybe someone here does it too and I'm not alone?

No it's fine.
Anyone who has an actual problem with it is autistic.
I do it from time to time.
I have to, vegetables on their own violently trigger my gag reflex so I have to mix them with meat.

No, I do it too. Mashed potatoes with corn and peas is fucking GOAT. I deliberately make it that way when I'm cooking just for myself. The refried beans and rice mix is also awesome, no one has ever said I'm weird for doing that at restaurants.

If you're gonna make a shitty frog thread at least make it interesting. 1/10 sage

To add to that, I just found out that there's a Kenyan side dish called Irio, so there's some validation.
