I grow kohlrabi and use it several ways. I grate it into a leafy salad or coleslaw; add it to a borscht soup; cut into french fry pieces, coat with olive oil and oven fry @450F for 15 -20 minutes turning halfway through. I sometimes use it in stir fry. Pretty versatile and flavorful vegetable imho.
