Pretty much like spicier cucumber pickles but the texture on the outside is more rough, and they also are full of soft little seeds. I like putting hot sauce on them as I eat them so it goes into the hollow parts in the middle.

you already posted the best pickle, the minis are better tho. Not boiling them really makes a difference. a jar lasts me like 2 days

Claussen is pretty good. I've used the juice from that same brand to add to my red beans & rice (secret ingredient - shh!).
