How do you folks take your steamed hams?
I like mine flat.
With Onion, Pickles, Tomato and Jalapeno.

If the burger is good and the bun is good, then I just like the classics: ketchup, mayo, mustard, lettuce, onion, pickle relish.
Most modern toppings are there to mask poor quality meats and buns.
