So I've been trying to quit eating unhealthy boxed foods, and also trying to drop a few pounds. I'm not a good cook, but I was wondering if anyone knows any easy to make healthy meals for someone who is always hungry. I was told by a friend to try cottage cheese and salsa, which I did and really enjoyed with celery sticks and tortilla chips.

Tea (read: real tea you brew yourself and isn't drowned in sugar) is pretty great at suppressing appetite. I'd also reccomend baking several chicken breasts to keep around in the fridge. Season it them with herbs and things like rosemary if you want and they'll be great in salads or on their own as a snack/lunch.

Being always hungry comez directly from eating sugarry foods
Imagine throwing gasoline on a fire ... it just flames up instantly ... well suggary foods usually have that kind of effect
Eat solid foods
Steamed veggies plain
Boiled beans or plain grains
For several weeks
You being hungry will go away only not at first, it should take roughly 90 days without cheating yourself which is the toughest since you already have such shit habits and likely the folks around you have the same, worstly parents who should have taught you better from the start and seeing they didnt then they too are ignorant
