I'd rather pay the establishment little bit more than think of the tip. Be it small inconvenience, but inconvenience still.
That way we'd be spared from difficult people like Pink here.

From having multiple friends as servers and drivers, whatever they didn't make in tips was always matched by proper minimum wage at the end of the working period. The people that bitch about getting insubstantial tips are fags that want more money for working an entry-level job.

Tipping being some kind of societal obligation is fucking stupid. I'm not necessarily going to shit on someone for doing it but don't expect me to tip just because you want to throw your money away.
Tipping isn't expensive if everyone at the table puts in a few dollars. One person paying an extra $20 for a $100 bill is

American tipping culture has been fucked completely sideways due to peer pressure and guilt tripping. You tip the waiter for doing an outstanding job, not just doing their job. You shouldn't be seen or treated as an asshole because you didn't tip, you not tipping would mean "try a little harder next time" in another country.
>B-But muh wages
That's your fucking boss's problem, are the customers in charge of cutting your paycheck? Hell the vast majority of American restaurants that use a tipping wage pool that shit together rather than awarding them to the people that actually deserved it.
Why are we guilt tripped into tipping waiters, but not guilt tripped into giving money to the homeless and charities?
