Slice up some steak pretty thin, few new potatoes with some butter loads of dressing and some herbs.

Spinach
Balsamic vinegar

I'm making the same thing tonite because I have a buttload of those items from the garden. Anyway, I put chopped basil and either splashes of balsamic vinegar or a dijon/garlic vinagrette. Probably do the latter tonight.

Just a touch of tartness, salt and pepper. Use lemon, lime, rice vinegar, cider vinegar, balsamic, or even sour cream or yogurt. Use whatever complements your meal and pair an herb that complements it too.
