Post some healthy recipes for snacks when you're craving
>2 cups of oats
>bunch of scoops of protein powder
>2 eggs
>vanilla, cinnamon
>milk until dough-like consistency
>scoop of peanutbutter
>honey to sweeten to taste
>pinch of salt
bake at 350 until firm
these shits are so good and you can load with protein powder, the vanilla/cinnamon kills the protein-y taste. roughly 60-70 or so calories per cookie, 5g of protein in each one if you load enough protein powder. not bad. the oats are really filling too so you only need to eat 2/3 when you're hungry
anyone else got some good snack recipes
>2 slices ham
>2 pieces of whole grain bread
>one egg
>butter
>2 slices of cheese.
Simple oven melt sandwich. Butter both sides of bread then add the cheese, ham, then add egg that was scrambled and cooked for around a minute just enough to curdle up. Now top with the last slice of cheese and bread. Then throw into the oven that was preheated to 400 degree. Let tost both sides for around 7 minute and wala. A nice egg and ham melt. Total calorie is like 300 for the sandwhich. Serve alongside a spinach and tomato salad with hard cooked egg chopped in and you got your self a nice lunch for a cut.

less of snack and more of a small meal, but i like to combine a cup of cooked lentils with some sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard, and green olives
When I'm bulking I'll roast two medium potatoes, a can of refried beans, spinach, peppers, salsa, all mixed together.
Sounds like a mess but it's delicious and around 700? Calories. Lots of carbs, fiber, and around 50 to 60 grams of protein. You can also smother the taters in the fat of your choice. I use avocado oil
LMAO 1SLICE!!!!!!!11!
