Is yeast hard to find in Sweden?

This is active dry yeast i think, and not INSTANT yeast

stop using dry yeast, fresh is better and easier to find

I just bought some active dry yeast. I prefer it. Is instant yeast less common in Sweden? They are sold side by side here.

I do. They're interchangeable, instant just doesn't need to be started because the pellets are milled finer and contain a dash of sugar.

I just started reading flour salt water yeast and he uses instant yeast and i got the impression that you had to use that. Am i missing something?
