OP, that pic is baking chocolate, has all the delicious cocoa butter removed.

I like Lukar and most hispanic chocolate drink bars. These have the piloncillo sugar in them. Awesome! i'll even dissolve one into my morning coffee.

Did you mean Atole? and not pork-chili-hominy soup pozole?

Atole is basically pudding that hasn't been allowed to gel up and cool down. It's corn starch thickened milk and flavors. It's really good.

i put coca powder in non fat plain yogurt, along with aspartame and vanilla... very tasty.
