holy shit!
I made some flat bread yesterday and thought it'd be fun to learn how to make gyros.
So I tried my hand at tzatziki and gyro meat. Overcooked the meat a bit so it came out dry, but overall it was good. More reason to drown it in tzatziki!

I ate two cans of pitted olives because they were gonna go bad next week. They were fucking delicous and I have no regrets.
I made a "curry" with potatoes, tofu, tomato sauce, and peanut butter + chili powder + cinnamon + soy sauce + garlic....
I cant tell if it was good or i was super high

It turned out good. I seeded an English cuc, then diced and salted and let sit in a colander for 30 min. Rubbed down with paper towels and ran it through a food processor with the garlic, pepper, lemon juice, and dill. The recipe called for skinning it but I left the skin on.

sounds ok, but what was the purpose of the food processor? did you just want it to be a smooth paste?
i usually grate my cucumber so i get sort of "cucumber sticks" in the tzatziki
Fried sea bass in a butter and peppercorn sauce, some stir fried shredded cabbage and leeks. Roasted a sweet potato.
Tried to present it but next time I think I'll mash the sweet potatoes and lay that under the fish, above the greens. Tastes alright.
