None taken, but it's my favorite fruit flavor. I fell in love with yuzu gummies and fresh yuzu is like crack to me.

Unfortunately it's not fit to be consumed on its own, and there aren't a ton of recipes I can find outside of the obvious ones (yujacha, ponzu, etc.), so any creative input would be greatly appreciated.
