I love cooking those, and they on sale for .79 per lb.

Cook it on 200 for like 6 hours, then roast the bitch at like 500 rotating every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes.

It is essentially a non hammified ham, a pre ham if you will.

Some companies use a nasty brine in the package, avoid those companies with a nitrate solution in the bag (winco)

Ham is, objectively, the best meat.
It is brilliant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Ham and eggs, ham and swiss w/ deli mustard on rye, and hamsteak with potatoes and veggies.
