Im gonna make a cheesecake . For the filling I plan to use lowfat cream cheese along with cottage cheese. I want to give it some flavor though and im not sure what to put in it. I was thinking of putting strawberry or a type of fruit in their. I also plan to put a layer of dark chocolate on top. Do you guys know any better filling I can use? I plan to eat the whole cheesecake by myself and i'm watching my weight so it cant be anything calorie dense.

Hey op why don't you just make a regular cheesecake but smaller and with less sugar?

Because I want it to fill me up. I like to eat 1-2 big meals a day then dont eat for 18 hours. I make cheesecakes a lot and I never put in sugar regardless, I put in healthy stuff so I can eat cheesecake on a daily basis without getting diabetes. Last time I made cheesecake I made the crust out of coconut flour, and for the filling I put in cottage cheese, a little cream cheese, eggs, and 1/2 can of pumpkin. It didint taste orgasmic like regular sugary cheesecake but I still enjoyed it and I could eat the whole thing without throwing off my diet.

Thats why i make it low calorie. I calculated all the ingredient and it comes out to 1200 calories. I ate nothing all day except for some vegtables so i shoulf be fine
