I have fallen into really bad habits with my diet. I get paid every fortnight and I tend to eat a lot of meat my first week then have not much to eat the second week.

Like got some sitr frys with vegan meat and pies and chips until saturday this week.

Whats some cheap and nutritious food I can eat for 2 weeks on about 200aud?

Not sure how much 200 aud is in freedom cash but:
Ground meat
Pork
Chicken
Rice
Potatoes
Lentils
When im short on cash and need to eat for a few days before payday i make a batch of beans, a bunch of rice and some seasoned ground beef. Costs about $10 and its enough food for about 4 days.

Not super nutritious mate. I mean I'm not super hard up but I've been spending like 300 and I want to spend less.

Pretty keen on actually cooking but I tend to focus on meat dishes and don't eat enough vegetables.

Also aud-usd isn't actually accurate for purchasing power because our min wage is 18.50 so everything costs more

buy the curry paste and add coconut milk or cream
buy chicken thighs with skin on and bones in, not only do they taste better but also they are cheaper

Yeah see I'm not keen on rice based stuff. Been making some nice stir frys this week though. Garlic ginger and honey in soysauce. Reduced down in the veggies until thickened on top of some fried hokkiens.
