Who healthy eating around here?
Tonight I made a portobello mushroom steak with roasted asparagus and sweet potato. The portobello was marinated in olive oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, worcestershire sauce and cayenne for an hour then finished in a pan. The asparagus and sweet potatoes were tossed in olive oil and minced garlic with a drizzle of lemon juice prior to roasting and garnished with a rough sea salt.
Just make it taste as good as possible and eat less of it.
