Bread thread?
Ma crum lookin ok?
Beautiful exterior, crumb is too dense.
I baked some bread for the first time yesterday, using this recipe: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2014/08/simple-crusty-white-bread-recipe (.) html
Followed the recipe pretty much perfectly, just didn't use a dutch oven, baking it straight in my oven at a slightly lower temp.
Pretty pleased with how it came out, pls critique

shit look tasty bro
I am on a diet and the worst part is not eating bread. I like to just stop in at a bakery and grab a loaf and it it by itself.

I'm sure it tastes fine, but it looks like it didn't rise enough in the oven or before baking, so it's probably a bit denser than it otherwise should be. I would extend your rising times.
Alright lads, I'm new to this and was wondering if you could help me
I'm buying a mini / table oven for my abode since I have only a microwave and a small cookrange(no real oven) and was wondering if it's enough to bake bread. Also, since both my apartment and the fridge/freezer are fucking small, how do I get good

Should be ok if you keep the loaves small
If you want to get good id say buy a bag of flour and a jar of instent yeast then just give ot a shot if your interested in bread baking your should already know tjat all bread is is flour water yeast and salt in the right proportions
If your smart should take you only 3 or 4 bad loaves to start getting it right you will quickly l
