I know a guy with serious OCD whose doctor told him to eat less red meat and more fish. So he pretty much started eating tuna rolls for lunch and dinner every day. After a few months he developed an irregular heartbeat and some other symptoms. His doc couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. Asked if there were any changes in his lifestyle. My buddy said nothing but diet, like the doctor recommended. When the doctor realized how much fucking tuna the guy had been eating he tested him for Mercury levels. The guy had Mercury poisoned himself.
